i did okay with food today.
slept until 10 so i skipped out on breakfast.
had a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice.
we were taken out to lunch and i had a hamburger (didn't eat the whole thing) a cup of chili and a few fries.
one coke and two glasses of water with lunch.
later in the day i caved on a second coke and a bowl of oyster crackers.
for dinner we had vegetable soup (one bowl) a piece of buttered bread and another glass of water.
trying to cut down to just one coke a day. two is still better than the three or four i was drinking before!
