motivation.

this might be shallow, but here is my motivation.

- to be a hawt mama.
- to be the girl james married.
- to continue to weigh less than my brother. i could not believe when i heard how much he weighed, and how close i was to that.
- to fit into my old clothes so i have a better wardrobe.
- to have family pictures where i like the way i look.
- to want to be in pictures with e.

i need to do this. my body aches. i've never been this heavy. it's hurting. physically and mentally.

    And keep recording ur food - every bite. Before long, it will be habit to know exactly what you ate for the day.
    I worked with a trainer before when I lost 30lbs (now to lose it again post baby), but let me know if u want diet feedback or options to what u write on here.
