a better day...finally!
had a banana before my run.
two pieces of rye bread after.
some crackers as a snack.
leftover taco casserole and a coke for lunch.
chips and salsa.
chili and cornbread for dinner.
...and two beers.
doesn't sound all that good, but portions were pretty good.
AND! i downloaded a new app. look what it said tonight!

it's called waterlogged.
love seeing that glass fill up throughout the day!
